SOME MODELS WHICH CAN BE INSPIRED WORK EDUCATION

a) The systems approach:

The systemic approach differs from other approaches to thinking human relations. In fact, the person is not the only element analyzed in the process. The teacher also gives importance to the various systems in which the child belongs, including the family system.

The family history is unconsciously on the individual. We can not work with a child, without working with his family. Because the child carries with it values, emotions, conveyed by family behaviors. This is what constitutes a whole person.

It is therefore essential to define family problems and goals. Act as a single person shows no interest in the importance of cooperation with the family. (If we force a young child to join hands in the street, he must when he comes home on the weekends, the parents do the same, otherwise our work will not reach.)

The target audience for this kind of approach is the family member with a carrier symptoms. In systemic emphasis is on communication: "It is impossible not to communicate 20 ( * ) "and assumes that the communication has an effect on the behavior:" All behavior is communication, or communication affects behavior 21 ( * ) "In fact, you can not have no behavior, and all behavior is a message to another. (If someone speaks to me and in return I yawn or look at the time, I get a message unintentionally.)

Educators prefer to work with families and not only with the child. So we take a place in the family system be assuming shift lever. We are here to ensure that changes are taking place, so that there is an improvement, so that the family finds a new equilibrium. For this kind of model, work in an open environment is preferred.

b) The humanist model:

One of the pioneers of the humanistic approach is Carl Rogers. This model seeks to develop in the person's ability to make personal choices: "Choose what is to become independent 22 ( * ) ". This applies to everyone: children, adolescents, adults. Each person is responsible for his life and must agree to be free to make the choices that confront it in life.

In this context, the person still has the choice and power over his life. Humanism allows individuals to express themselves, to be heard, to develop freely, to make choices independently. It does not impose anything on anyone, it offers him to choose her.

The educator must adopt certain attitudes to help the person feel recognized as such, be true to what we saw and felt in relation to the person have the ability to feel what the other lives, respect , trust, openness to others. It is to create spaces where people can freely express themselves and be heard.

Paxil seriously saved my life, no kidding. It's really good for anxiety. I used to have panic attacks and have had anxiety my whole life. Had an anxiety-ridden depression. The only problem is there is a serious withdrawal problem if and when you want to get off it, you have to do it under the care of a doctor and really slowly. But for the most part it takes the edge off. I am depression-free today and am on a half dose of paxil. Changed my life.
Combine this with some serious cognitive therapy and you are GOOD TO GO! It will take a while but this is THE most effective combination. Exercize is good too, as you already know
