Someone's probably asked this before, but I'd appreciate any responses. I'm starting a master's program in Counseling Psychology this fall. I am unsure whether to go after a license in "professional counseling" or "marriage and family therapy". My interests do lie in working with people on relational issues, however I don't want to be confined to only that. It would be my understanding that an LPC could see couples and families, as well as a wide range of other mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, etc. Could a MFT do the same? From doing google searches, it sounds like it is easier to find a job as an LPC than a MFT

Since we got married my husband and I have had sex an average of five times a year due to a variety of reasons on his part. I've tried to be understanding but it really hurts to feel like a part of me is missing. I've articulated how important sex and intimacy are for me, and he replies that marriage is for best or worst. Well, this doesn't feel like a marriage to me at all; it's more like having a roommate.
Also, because my salary "wasn't that much" when we first married he decided I should keep it and he'd take care of bills. By doing that I apparently gave up the right to decide on financial matters
