They can apply for these scholarships students enrolled in the course 2013-2014 in any of the following levels:
- First and Second Baccalaureate
- Training of middle and top grade
- Art schools, sports, languages ...
- Preparation courses for entrance exams Training courses at public and private schools
- Initial vocational qualification programs
Type and amount of scholarships

- Basic Scholarship: 200 €
- A lump sum associated with the student's residence during the school year: € 1, 500
- Associated fixed amount of student income: 1.500 €

Academic requirements for the course 2013-2014
: Los estudiantes de primer curso de Bachillerato deberán sacar una nota media de 5, 50 puntos en el cuarto curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria. In High School: Students in first year of high school should take an average of 5.50 points in the fourth year of secondary school.
And in the following courses show that they have overcome, at least, all the materials of previous year, except for one.

First off, I just wanted to let you know that there are therapists (may they be for-profit or non-profit) out there who work on a "sliding scale" of fees, wherein the better-off patients pay more while those struggling pay less (if anything at all), so don't give up too easily on finding a professional who can work w/ you :)
Also, if you are really in a bind, you might consider getting free or subsidized counseling treatment from a credible college of psychology or psychiatry near you.
They may have their own clinics, and their graduate students or faculty members would offer their services at fair or at times non-existent rates so...
